Refund Policy

At RJ Ruchulu, we take great care in preparing and packaging our food products. Due to the perishable nature of items such as sweets, snacks, pickles, and masalas, we follow a limited refund policy.


1. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns once products are delivered, as they are food items.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

You may request a refund or replacement if:

The product is damaged during delivery

You receive the wrong item

The product is spoiled at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos or videos as proof

Share your order number and details

After verification, we may offer:

Replacement of the product, or

Refund to the original payment method


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after delivery

Incorrect address provided by customer

Delivery delays caused by courier partners

Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality


4. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
